Cooking class-Oct 25th,2012
VEGETARIAN SAMOSAS
Spicy potatoes filled in a flour tortilla and deep fried.
PANEER TIKKA MASALA (Indian cheese curry)-Paneer chunks cooked in a creamy ground tomatoes, onion, sour cream based sauce.
TAWA PRAWNS
Jumbo shrimp sautéed in a ground masala of onions, red chillis and poppy seeds.
TANDOORI CHICKEN
Chicken leg quarters marinated in yogurt, tandoori powder, garlic and ginger paste, chilli powder and lime juice. Then cooked in the oven.
VEGETABLE KURMA
Cauliflower, green beans, potatoes and carrot cooked with fresh coconut and yogurt masala.
BANANA WANTONS
Bananas sautéed in butter, brown sugar and cardamom powder.Served in filo cups with ice cream
(In addition-Naan and Raita will be served with this meal)

Potatoes Curry-Boiled potatoes seasoned with mustard seeds, cumin seeds and tomatoes and chilli powder.
Paneer Tikka Masala(Indian Cheese Curry)-Cubed paneer cooked in a creamy tomatoe, onion and sour cream sauce.
Dal Fry-Cooked lentils seasoned with mustard seeds, cumin seeds and fried onions.
Spinach Rice-Fragrant basmati rice cooked with spinach and cumin.
