Ground turkey kabobs rolled in soft flour tortilla, served with onion and mint garnish.
Paneer Tikka Masala-Cubed paneer (Indian cheese) cooked in a creamy tomatoes, onion, and sour cream sauce.
Tadka Dal-Cooked lentils seasoned with onions, cumin, mustard seeds and dry red chillis.
Chicken leg quarters marinated in yogurt, tandoori powder, garlic and ginger paste, chili powder and lime juice. Then cooked in the oven.
Rice Pudding-Indian Restaurant buffet favorite made with basmati rice, sugar and flavored with cardamom powder.
(In addition-Naan and raita will be served with this meal)
