Petite potatoes boiled and fried.Cooked further in a creamy yogurt based sauce.
Chicken leg quarters marinated in yogurt, tandoori powder, garlic and ginger paste, chilli powder and lime juice. Then cooked in the oven.
Fragrant basmati rice cooked to perfection with cumin and green peas.
Filo pastry sheets layered with a mixture of coarsely crushed walnuts, sugar and cardamom powder and then baked in the oven.
