SAMOSAS(Meat): Flour tortillas stuffed with cooked spicy ground lamb and deep fried.
CHICKEN TANDOORI: Chicken leg quarters marinated in yogurt and tandoori spices. Baked in the oven.
CAULIFLOWER MAKHANI: A vegetarian version of chicken makhani. Cauliflower florets in a creamy yogurt and sour cream sauce. Flavored with fenugreek leaves.
PANEER TIKKA MASALA: Paneer chunks marinated in spices and grilled. Then cooked in a creamy onion and tomatoe based sauce.
LIME RICE: Cooked basmati rice mixed with ginger and green chilli seasoning and lime juice.
KULFI: Indian style ice cream made with crushed leeches and cool whip. Flavored with cardamom powder.

Petite potatoes boiled and fried.Cooked further in a creamy yogurt based sauce.
Chicken leg quarters marinated in yogurt, tandoori powder, garlic and ginger paste, chilli powder and lime juice. Then cooked in the oven.
Fragrant basmati rice cooked to perfection with cumin and green peas.
Filo pastry sheets layered with a mixture of coarsely crushed walnuts, sugar and cardamom powder and then baked in the oven.
