Hi Shoba! I just want to tell you how much I enjoyed cooking with you Wednesday. I LOVED your stories! Especially about the arranged marriage! You said you didn’t do too badly, well, I don’t think your husband did badly either! You’re cooking is superb! And your patience and kind heart make the food even more delectable! I wish you were my neighbor! I didn’t order the spice tray, but think I should have done so. Next time you teach the chicken curry, please let me know. I had to fight my daughter and husband for the tiny pieces. My daughter loved the “hot pockets” (sorry, already I can’t remember the name). And the baklava…I hid it!!! J I meant to ask you where you learned to cook. Was it from your mother and family? It’s so much fun to learn other ethnic foods and preparation. The spices are wonderful and add a new dimension to my boring culinary skills. Thanks again! It was so much fun!
